Clobopride Malate Tablets

This product is a highly selective benzamide dopamine receptor antagonist. It can promote gastrointestinal motility, accelerate gastrointestinal peristalsis, strengthen and coordinate gastrointestinal movement; it has the effect of inhibiting nausea and vomiting.

Clobopride malate.

This product is white or off-white tablets.

For the symptomatic treatment of gastroesophageal reflux, functional dyspepsia, diabetic gastroparesis and nausea and vomiting.

Take half a tablet (0.34 mg) for the first time, 2 to 3 times a day, 0.68 mg each time, in the morning, evening or 30 minutes before meals.

Dry mouth, dizziness, fatigue, weakness, drowsiness, diarrhea, abdominal pain, etc. may occur occasionally, but they will return to normal after stopping the medication.

It is contraindicated for patients who are allergic to this product, or those with mechanical gastrointestinal obstruction or Parkinson's disease.

Precautions for children: Use with caution in children. Precautions for pregnancy and lactation: Use with caution in pregnant women. The effect on lactating women is still unclear. Precautions for the elderly: Use with caution in the elderly.

Combination use with anticholinergic drugs may weaken the effect of this product and therefore they cannot be used at the same time.
