Function and Efficacy
The results of experimental pharmacology show that this product has the effects of inhibiting blood coagulation system, improving blood fibrin activity, inhibiting thrombosis, promoting thrombus dissolution, and resisting cerebral ischemia. 1. Inhibit platelet aggregation in rats and promote the disaggregation of aggregated platelets; 2. Prolong the time of prothrombin, thrombin and kaolin partial thromboplastin, and prolong the coagulation time of rats; 3. Shorten the euglobulin dissolution time of rats; 4. Improve the blood rheology of rats with hormone-induced blood stasis; 5. Prolong the time of arterial thrombosis in rats caused by electric current stimulation; 6. Reduce the permeability of cerebral blood vessels and the water content of brain tissue in rats with acute cerebral ischemia caused by surgical ligation; 7. Reduce the degree of cerebral ischemic lesions caused by electric heating blocking the middle cerebral artery in rats.
