Function and Efficacy

It can be quickly and completely absorbed in the gastrointestinal tract. When healthy subjects took a single dose of 150 mg, the blood concentration reached the peak value 2 to 3 hours after administration, the half-life (t1/2) was 2.61 hours, the peak time (tmax) was 2.03 hours, the peak concentration (Cmax) was 5.401mu;g/ml, and the area under the curve (AUC) was 33.136mu;g/(mlh). This product exists in the plasma mainly in the form of the original drug, hydroxylated metabolites and corresponding glucuronic acid metabolites. The binding rate of this product to albumin in plasma is 99%, and about 60% of the drug is mainly excreted from the urine in the form of glucuronic acid conjugates.

Appearance

White tablets.

Indication

Rheumatic or rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, gout, dysmenorrhea, etc.

Usage and Dosage

Oral administration: Adults: 75 mg once, twice a day.

Adverse Reactions

1. Gastrointestinal reactions are more common, such as stomach pain, discomfort, nausea, diarrhea, etc.; 2. Allergic dermatitis, tinnitus, dizziness, drowsiness, blurred vision, etc. are occasionally seen; 3. Rarely, high blood pressure, arrhythmia, abnormal liver and kidney function, gastrointestinal ulcers, bleeding, hearing loss, etc. are seen.

Precautions

1. It is contraindicated for patients with active gastrointestinal ulcer or bleeding. 2. It is contraindicated for patients who are allergic to this product, aspirin or other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory analgesics.
