Flurbiprofen extended-release tablets

This product is an aromatic propionic acid non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug, which may produce analgesic, anti-inflammatory and antipyretic effects mainly by inhibiting the synthesis of prostaglandins.

The main ingredient of this product is flurbiprofen, and its chemical name is (plusmn;)-2-(2-fluoro-4-biphenyl)-propionic acid.

This product is white or off-white tablets.

It is suitable for rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, etc. It can also be used for soft tissue diseases such as sprains and strains, as well as mild to moderate pain such as dysmenorrhea and postoperative pain, toothache, etc.

Oral: The recommended dose for adults is 0.2g per day, preferably after dinner. Or follow the doctor's advice.

The most common adverse reactions are gastrointestinal reactions, such as indigestion, diarrhea, abdominal pain, nausea, constipation, gastrointestinal bleeding, abdominal distension, vomiting, elevated liver enzymes, etc. Occasionally, central nervous system reactions, such as headache, drowsiness, etc., and other system reactions, such as rash, vision changes, dizziness, etc.

Patients who have experienced asthma, rhinitis, urticaria or other allergic reactions after taking this product, aspirin or other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs are prohibited from using this product. 3. Patients with active peptic ulcers are prohibited from using this product.
