Pharmacology: This product acts on plasma fibrinogen, converting it into unstable fibrinogen products, which are easily degraded by plasmin into small molecule peptides and excreted in urine. After taking the medicine, the plasma fibrinogen content can be reduced, the thrombin time can be prolonged, the euglobulin lysis time can be shortened, the platelet aggregation function can be inhibited and the platelet count can be reduced; thus, thrombosis can be prevented. Its effect is not affected by heparin.

This product is a thrombin-like enzyme extracted from Agkistrodon acutus venom. The auxiliary materials are tris(hydroxymethyl)aminomethane and sodium chloride injection. Molecular weight: 27000±3000

This product can be used to treat acute cerebral infarction.

0.75 units of this product each time, dissolved in 250 ml or 500 ml sterile saline, intravenous drip for more than 3 hours, once a day, 7-14 days as a course of treatment; a course of treatment can be repeated according to the condition. This product should be used under the guidance of a doctor.

This product can significantly inhibit platelet aggregation at conventional therapeutic doses, and some patients experience a decrease in platelet count and a small amount of subcutaneous and mucosal bleeding, which can recover on their own after drug withdrawal. This product can cause allergic reactions such as rashes.

It is contraindicated for patients who are allergic to the ingredients of this product, have bleeding tendency or severe coagulation disorder, or those with ulcer disease or active tuberculosis.
