Methods: Human gastric cancer cells BGC823 were inoculated under the right axilla of nude mice to establish a tumor-bearing nude mouse model; the tumor-bearing nude mice were randomly divided into 5 groups: model group, cyclophosphamide group, and Aidi injection high, medium, and low dose groups. The animals in each group were given the corresponding drugs and doses for 14 consecutive days; the animals were killed after the last administration, the tumors were removed, the tumor inhibition rate was calculated by weighing, and histological observation was performed. Results: The tumor inhibition rate of the high-dose Aidi injection group was 61.84%, and large necrotic areas were visible under the light microscope. Conclusion: Aidi injection has an inhibitory effect on nude mouse human gastric cancer cell BGC823.
