Triamcinolone Acetonide Injection
Function and Efficacy
This product is a synthetic corticosteroid with the following pharmacological effects: 1. Anti-inflammatory effect: Its anti-inflammatory and allergic effects are strong and lasting. It can relieve congestion, reduce capillary permeability, inhibit the movement of inflammatory cells (lymphocytes, granulocytes, macrophages, etc.) to the site of inflammation, prevent the reaction of inflammatory mediators such as kinins, histamine, slow-reacting substances, etc., inhibit the function of phagocytes, stabilize lysosomal membranes, prevent complement from participating in inflammatory reactions, and inhibit the repair of post-inflammatory tissue damage. 2. Immunosuppressive effect: This drug can affect multiple aspects of the immune response, including inhibiting the phagocytic function of macrophages, reducing the ability of the reticuloendothelial system to eliminate particles or cells, and causing lymphocyte lysis, resulting in lymphocyte depletion in lymph nodes, spleen and thymus. This effect has an effect on T cells
Ingredients

Drug Interactions
1. Glucocorticoids and thiazide diuretics or amphotericin B can excrete potassium, so pay attention to potassium supplementation when used together. 2. Combination with nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory analgesics can aggravate the ulcerogenic effect. 3. Glucocorticoids can reduce the effect of oral anticoagulants, so the dose of anticoagulants should be appropriately increased when the two drugs are used together. 4. Phenobarbital, phenytoin sodium, rifampicin and other hepatic enzyme inducers can accelerate the metabolism of corticosteroids, so the dose should be appropriately increased when used together.
