Pharmacological action: 1. Hemostasis: This product can promote platelet aggregation in rabbits and shorten the coagulation time in mice, mainly by stimulating the increase in the number of platelets and enhancing the expression of platelet glycoproteins. 2. Uterine contraction: This product can contract the in vivo uterus of rabbits and the isolated uterus of rats, mainly by regulating the influx of extracellular calcium into uterine smooth muscle cells and the mobilization of internal calcium to achieve the effect of uterine contraction. 3. Anti-inflammatory: This product can inhibit the swelling of the mouse ear caused by xylene, the swelling of the rat foot caused by carrageenan, the granuloma of cotton balls in rats and the inflammatory response caused by the placement of foreign bodies in the rat uterus, mainly by promoting the proliferation of vascular endothelial cells, reducing the exudation of inflammatory substances, and increasing the expression of anti-inflammatory cytokines. Toxicological action: The long-term toxicity test of rats administered for 90 days showed that 0.78/0.39g/kg of this product is equivalent to 60/30 times the clinical dose, which can significantly shorten the coagulation time of rats and reduce creatinine.
