Function and Efficacy
The acetaminophen in this product can inhibit the synthesis of prostaglandins and has antipyretic and analgesic effects. Pseudoephedrine hydrochloride has the effect of contracting the capillaries of the upper respiratory tract, which can eliminate congestion of the nasopharyngeal mucosa and relieve nasal congestion symptoms. Chlorpheniramine maleate is an antihistamine with strong antihistamine and sedative effects, which can further relieve symptoms such as nasal congestion and runny nose caused by colds.
Ingredients
Each tablet of this product contains the main ingredients 500 mg of acetaminophen, 30 mg of pseudoephedrine hydrochloride, and 2 mg of chlorpheniramine maleate.

Appearance
This product is white tablets.
Indication
Used for fever, headache, joint pain, sneezing, runny nose, nasal congestion, etc. caused by cold or flu.
Usage and Dosage
Oral administration. Adults take 1 tablet at a time, 3 times a day. No more than 4 tablets a day.
Adverse Reactions
Common adverse reactions include drowsiness, sweating, dizziness, rash, nausea, fatigue, dry mouth, etc.
