Appearance
This product is a colorless clear liquid.
Indication
Dyspnea caused by bronchial asthma, asthmatic chronic bronchitis and other bronchospasms.
Usage and Dosage
Slow intravenous drip, 100 ml (0.3 g) each time for adults, once a day or as directed by the doctor, 5-10 days as a course of treatment.
Adverse Reactions
The use of xanthine derivatives may cause nausea, vomiting, upper abdominal pain, headache, insomnia, irritability, tachycardia, extrasystoles, tachypnea, hyperglycemia, and proteinuria. Excessive use may also cause severe arrhythmia and paroxysmal cramps, which are symptoms of early poisoning. At this time, the drug should be suspended, and a doctor should be consulted for diagnosis and blood drug concentration should be monitored. However, it can still be used after the above signs and symptoms of poisoning have completely disappeared.
Precautions
It is contraindicated for patients who are allergic to doxofylline or xanthine derivatives, patients with acute myocardial infarction and breastfeeding women.

Precautions for pregnancy and lactation: Contraindicated for lactating women, used with caution for pregnant women. Drug Interactions
