Function and Efficacy
The acetaminophen in this product can inhibit the synthesis of prostaglandins and has antipyretic and analgesic effects. Pseudoephedrine hydrochloride has the effect of contracting the capillaries of the upper respiratory tract, eliminating congestion of the nasopharyngeal mucosa and alleviating nasal congestion symptoms. Chlorpheniramine maleate is an antihistamine with strong antihistamine and sedative effects, which can further alleviate symptoms such as nasal congestion and runny nose caused by colds.
Ingredients
This product is a compound preparation, each tablet contains 320 mg of acetaminophen, 30 mg of pseudoephedrine hydrochloride, and 2 mg of chlorpheniramine maleate. Excipients are: starch, microcrystalline cellulose, hydroxypropyl cellulose, sodium carboxymethyl starch, sucrose, and magnesium stearate.

Appearance
This product is a light blue capsule-shaped film-coated tablet.
Indication
This product is used to treat fever, headache, joint pain, sneezing, runny nose and nasal congestion caused by the common cold and influenza.
Usage and Dosage
Oral administration: Adults take 1 tablet at a time, 3 times a day. Do not exceed 4 times in 24 hours.
Adverse Reactions
Common adverse reactions include dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth, nausea, sweating, rash, etc.
Precautions
It is contraindicated in patients with severe hepatic and renal impairment.
Drug Interactions
1. When used with other antipyretic analgesics, the risk of nephrotoxicity may be increased. 2. Avoid taking antihypertensive drugs or antidepressants at the same time. 3. This product should not be used with chloramphenicol, barbiturates (such as phenobarbital), antispasmodics (such as belladonna), phentolamine, and digitalis glycosides. 4.
