Anti-HBV immune RNA for injection
Function and Efficacy
This product is a specific immunotherapy drug for hepatitis B. It can induce interferon in the body, enhance cellular immune function, promote the restoration of diseased liver cells to normal, convert hepatitis B antigen (HbsAg-HBeAg) and anti-HBc to negative, and promote the formation of hepatitis B antibodies (anti-HBe).
Ingredients
The main ingredient is RNA extracted from the lymph nodes and liver of sheep immunized with hepatitis B antigen. The auxiliary material is dextran.
Appearance
This product is white or off-white freeze-dried block or powder, easily soluble in water.
Indication
This product is used as an adjuvant treatment for hepatitis B
Usage and Dosage
Intramuscular or subcutaneous injection. 2-4 mg at a time, 2-3 times a week or as directed by a doctor. Dissolve in 2 ml of sterile saline before use.
Adverse Reactions
It may cause allergic reactions. Most patients may experience mild fever, fatigue and headache. The injection site may cause pain, redness, swelling and even lumps. In severe cases, it should be discontinued.
Precautions
It is contraindicated for those who are allergic to this product.
Special Population Medication
Precautions for children: Use with caution in children. Precautions for pregnancy and lactation: Use with caution in pregnant and lactating women. Precautions for the elderly: Use with caution in elderly patients.
Drug Interactions
Concurrent use with immunosuppressants should be avoided.
Storage
Store in a cool dark place (away from light and not exceeding 20°C).
