1. Pharmacology This product is a brain metabolism improving drug. Piracetam is a cyclic derivative of γ-aminobutyric acid. It has the effect of resisting brain function damage caused by physical and chemical factors. It can promote ATP in the brain, promote acetylcholine synthesis and enhance the conduction of nerve excitation, and has the effect of promoting brain metabolism. It can resist brain function damage caused by physical and chemical factors. It has an improvement effect on retrograde amnesia caused by hypoxia. It can enhance memory and improve learning ability. 2. Toxicology The acute toxicology experiment of animal experiment showed that the oral gavage dose of mice was greater than 10g/Kg, and no death was found. The median lethal dose LD50 of intravenous administration was 9.2g/Kg. Subacute and chronic toxicology experiments did not find any adverse effects on the growth and development of rats and dogs. It has no effect on important internal organs and functions such as blood, heart, liver, kidney, and brain.

Intravenous drip. Adults: 250 ml each time (containing 8g of piracetam), once a day or as directed by a doctor. Elderly and children: Use according to the dosage conversion for the elderly and children in the pharmacopoeia.

Reactions may include dry mouth, loss of appetite, urticaria, and memory loss. Excitement, irritability, dizziness, headache, and insomnia are rare, and mild elevation of aminotransferase is occasionally seen.

Patients with impaired liver and kidney function are prohibited from using this product. 4. Patients who are allergic to the ingredients of this product are prohibited from using this product.

When this product is used in combination with warfarin, it can prolong the prothrombin time and induce the inhibition of platelet aggregation. In patients receiving anticoagulant therapy, special attention should be paid to the coagulation time when piracetam is used at the same time to prevent the risk of bleeding, and the dosage and usage of the anticoagulant therapy should be adjusted.
