This product is an acidic polysaccharide drug. It is synthesized by introducing effective groups based on alginate as the basic raw material by chemical methods. It has strong dispersing and emulsifying properties and is not easily affected by external factors. Because it has the characteristics of anionic polyelectrolyte fiber structure, the charge is concentrated along the chain. Under the action of its electric repulsion, the surface of cells rich in negative charge can enhance the mutual repulsion, so it can resist the adhesion between red blood cells and between red blood cells and blood vessel walls, and has the effect of improving the viscoelasticity of blood rheology. In addition, this product can inactivate thrombin, and its anticoagulant effect is equivalent to 1/3 to 1/2 of heparin. It can prevent platelet adhesion to collagen and inhibit platelet aggregation caused by damage to the vascular endothelium, activation of adenosine diphosphate (ADP) thrombin, and release reaction. Therefore, it has prostaglandin (PGI2)-like effects such as anti-thrombosis, lowering blood viscosity, micro-arteriovenous spasm, and depolymerization of red blood cells and platelets. This product also has a significant effect of lowering blood lipids.
