1. Pharmacology This product has the effect of regulating blood lipids and can significantly reduce cholesterol. Its mechanism of action may be to inhibit the initial stage of cholesterol synthesis in the body, that is, the process of converting acetic acid into mevalonic acid, and promote the conversion of cholesterol into bile acid and excretion from the body; it can also inhibit the fatty acids released by adipose tissue from entering the liver, preventing the liver from synthesizing triglycerides, thereby reducing the level of triglycerides in the blood. This product can also promote protein anabolism, inhibit catabolism and promote tissue regeneration. 2. Toxicology Oral LD50 in mice is 3.539g/kg. Animals were given 0.6mg/kg daily for 30 days, and there was no obvious effect on liver function and kidney function; there was no effect on urination, diet, body weight and other aspects. Histological examinations of major organs such as the heart, liver, spleen, lungs, kidneys, and adrenal glands also did not find any pathological changes related to the drug.

This product is a white tablet or film-coated tablet, which appears white after removing the coating.
