This product is a depolarizing neuromuscular blocker that can cause the parasite to spasm and be excreted from the body. The mechanism of action is: first the parasite contracts significantly, then it becomes paralyzed and immobile.

This product is an off-white tablet or film-coated tablet.
Indication
Used for ascariasis and pinworm disease.
Usage and Dosage
Oral. Children over 12 years old and adults: for the treatment of ascariasis, 2 tablets a day, once before bedtime, for 1-2 days; for the treatment of pinworms, 1-2 tablets a day, once before bedtime, for 7 consecutive days. Children: for the treatment of ascariasis or pinworms, 1-6 years old, half a tablet at a time; 6-12 years old, 1 tablet at a time, once before bedtime. For ascariasis, take for 2 consecutive days, for pinworms, take for 7 consecutive days.
Adverse Reactions
1. The toxicity of this product is very low when taken orally at therapeutic doses. Toxicity reactions only occur at very high doses, and may include digestive tract symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, loss of appetite, abdominal pain, and diarrhea. 2. A small number of patients experience headaches, dizziness, drowsiness, chest tightness, rashes, etc., which are generally short-lived.
Precautions
1. Pregnant women and children under 1 year old are prohibited from using this product. 2. Patients with impaired liver function are prohibited from using this product.
Special Population Medication
Precautions for children: Use the same dosage as above per kg of body weight. It is forbidden for children under 1 year old. Precautions for pregnancy and lactation: It is forbidden for pregnant women. Precautions for the elderly: It is not clear yet.
Drug Interactions
1. This product is antagonistic to piperazine anthelmintics and cannot be used together. 2. If you are taking other medicines, please consult a doctor or pharmacist before using this product.
