Etoposide Injection
Function and Efficacy
This product is a cell cycle-specific anti-tumor drug that acts on DNA topoisomerase II to form a stable reversible complex of drug-enzyme-DNA, which hinders DNA repair. Experiments have found that this complex can be reversed with the elimination of the drug, allowing the damaged DNA to be repaired and reducing cytotoxicity. Therefore, extending the drug administration time may increase the anti-tumor activity.
