Function and Efficacy
Doxofylline is a derivative of methylxanthine and a bronchodilator that can act directly on the bronchi, inhibiting phosphodiesterase in smooth muscle cells and relaxing bronchial smooth muscles, thereby achieving the effect of suppressing asthma.

Appearance
This product is a colorless or almost colorless clear liquid.
Indication
Dyspnea caused by bronchial asthma, chronic bronchitis of wheezing type and other bronchospasm.
Usage and Dosage
Slow intravenous drip, 100 ml (0.3 g) per time for adults, once a day, 5 to 10 days as a course of treatment. Or follow the doctor's advice.
Adverse Reactions
It may cause nausea, vomiting, upper abdominal pain, headache, insomnia, irritability, tachycardia, premature contractions, shortness of breath, hyperglycemia, proteinuria, etc.
Precautions
It is contraindicated for patients who are allergic to doxofylline or xanthine derivatives, or those with acute myocardial infarction.
Special Population Medication
Precautions for children: No such experiment has been conducted and there is no reliable reference. Precautions for pregnancy and lactation: Since there are no adequate clinical trials during pregnancy, pregnant women should use it with caution; it is forbidden for breastfeeding women. Drug Interactions
