Description
L - alanine colorless to white crystalline powder, soluble in water, ethanol, not soluble in ether and acetone. Mainly used for biochemical research, tissue culture, determination of liver function, flavoring agent, can increase the spices flavor effect, also can be used as modification agent, sour improve organic acid.
Food additives,
