Platinum Catalyst PTC-A-25TS/PTC-B-25TS

PTC-A-25TS / PTC-B-25TS is a two-part platinum catalyst for silicone rubber addition curing Agent. Both parts should be used together in process.  It is good at low curing temperature and shorter curing time, the end product has no smell which can meet the standard of ROHS and FDA .

Curing by molding, extrusion or calendering:

For example:  mix with 10kg pricipitated silicone rubber by molding

Dosage:  PTC-A-25TS   0.8% × 10Kg = 80g ( Part A )

PTC-B-25TS   1.5% × 10Kg = 150g ( Part B )

  Step 1: Mill 10kg silicone rubber completely, add silicone color if needed.

Step 2: Put 150g Part B mix together with the silicone rubber finished in step 1.

Step 3: Put 80g Part A mix patially with the silicone rubber finished in step 2 equally.

Step 4: Cooling then process.

Remarks:

Note 1: Do not use silicone rubber material contained hydrogenous silicone oil which may cause air hole on the extrusion products, also made silicone rubber crosslinked by PTC-A-25TS.

Note 2: Do not use any silicone rubber material containing nitrogen, phosphorus, sulfur, lead and cadmium.

Note 3: The mixture must be used within 4~8 hours to avoid curing at room temperature. Add retarder If want to place the mixture for more long time .

Appearance: PTC-A-25TS:  transparent colloid, iron can packing.

            PTC-B-25TS:  translucent colloid, plastic can packing.

Packing: 1kg/can, 10cans/carton.

Storage period : 6 months

Storage temperature: under 25C

Avoid high temperature, direct sunlight, keep away from acidic material, metal oxides and

flammable material.

This product is not DG goods, can be shipped by normal cargo.
