    Chemical properties:

Very difficult to dissolve in ethanol, about 0.06g in 100g absolute ethanol. Almost insoluble in acetone and ether.

    use:
    Nutritional supplements. Mainly used for seasoning and other aspects. Flavoring and alanine are used in alcoholic beverages. The added amount is 0.4% wine, 0.2% whiskey and 1.0% champagne. Others, such as powder soup, add about 2%; lees pickled food 1%. It can be used for seasoning sauce because it can show shrimp and cuttlefish flavor to a certain extent. It has a certain inhibitory effect on the reproduction of Bacillus subtilis and E. coli. Antioxidant effect (using its metal chelation) can be added to cream, cheese and margarine to extend the storage period by 3 to 4 times.
