Description
Dispersant HY-1010A
HY - 1010A is an anionic dispersant which can be widely used in water-based coating system. It possesses excellent wetting and dispersing effect to kaolin, talc, calcium carbonate, titanium dioxide and other pigments and fillers.
Physical and Chemical Properties

Application
It can be used for water-based paint systems.
Dosage
A level of 0.1-1.0% calculated on the total quantity of the paint system is recommended.
Instruction
It should be added before the pigments and fillers are added.
Features
1. Wide versatility. It possesses excellent wetting and dispersing effect to kaolin, talc, calcium carbonate, titanium dioxide and other pigments and fillers.
2. High efficiency. A pigment paste with high concentration and low viscosity can be made with a small amount of HY-1010A.
3. The paint made with HY-1010A possessses excellent viscosity stability, and it will not appear pigment aggregation phenomenon and precipitation phenomenon during storage.

30kg or 230kg plastic drum.
Storage
It should be stored in closed containers in a dry and cool place. Avoid freeze.
Precaution
If not used up, tight the lid to prevent volatilization.

Chemical properties: white powder, odorless. Swells with water, easily soluble in caustic soda aqueous solution.
Uses: used as corrosion and scale inhibitors, water quality stabilizers, paint thickeners and water retention agents, flocculants, drilling mud treatment agents, etc. This agent is used for circulating cold water treatment of copper equipment, and its scale inhibition effect is good. When the dosage is 100mg/L, it can form chelate with scale-forming ions in medium hardness water and flow with water, and can prevent the formation of iron oxide scale.
Uses: Used as thickener and stabilizer in sauce products, cream, tomato sauce. Used as dispersant in fruit juice and wine. The ice cream can improve the taste and enhance the stability. The surface jelly of frozen and aquatic processed products plays a role in keeping fresh. It can also change protein structure, enhance the viscoelasticity of food and improve tissue.
