4、First-aid Measures

　　Skin contact:

　　Wipe off the product which is adhered to the skin by using dry cotton yarn or cotton cloth, then wash it by soap water and clean it by rinsing.

5、Fire-fighting Measures

　  Fire-extinguishing approach: Stamp out by using asbestos cloth or dry sand in case of exterior fire source burning, foam and dry powder fire extinguisher may also be used to stamp out.

6、Accidental Release Measures

　　Scoop up by shovel and keg, and to place it in proper vessels for recovery.

　　Reject materials can be burnt in waste burning furnace; Specific requirement of trash on the recovered substance can be consulted from relevant experts, and to ensure that local waste materials disposal rule be followed.

　　To ensure that the vessel be airtight, be careful of gentle placing, so as to avoid injuring portage personnel; The vessel which loads the product shall be stored in shade, away from light, ventilation and dry place; Don’t store, open or use it near fire, heat source or ignition place; Sunlight shine shall be avoided; Services such as pressurization, cutting or welding are forbidden.

　　    Whenever this product is used in the restrictive space, or is used when heating till the temperature higher than room temperature, mechanical ventilation measures shall be adopted as recommendation.

　　  Respiring protection: Mechanical ventilation measures shall be adopted in the working field.

　　  Hand protection: When this product is treated, chemical-resistance protection gloves shall be worn. The gloves shall be changed in time if they are damaged.

　　  Eyes protection: If this product is spattered into the eyes due to careless, such person shall be sent to the hospital for treatment at once.

　　This product will float on the water surface when entering into water, it can be salved and collected; small amount of substance dissolving in water can be treated with biology chemical method which thus eliminates harm to environment.

　　This product has small dissolution ability in water, even small amount of it enters into water, and influence on environment can be neglected.

13、Disposal Consideration

　　The following notice is only applicable to the supplied product. If the product has been mixed with other substance, then other rule for trash may be followed. If there is any question about it please contact with Shengli Industry & Trade Co., Ltd. of Beijing Yanshan Petrochemical Co., Ltd.

　　The vessel which materials has been used up shall be airtight stored in shade, dry place at once in order to prevent entering of water, earth and other chemicals. And name of the unit shall be marked on the vessel, which is specially owned by the unit.

　　If packaging barrel is worn-out, it shall be recovered by qualified or permitted organization for further treatment. In any case it shall be dealt with very cautiously to ensure that the state law and local regulation be followed.

　　This product is not applicable for deep bury to treat trash, it is also not applicable for discharge to common sewer, discharge system or the Natural River and lake.

　　 This product can be directly burnt in proper equipment without ash.
