Special anticorrosive paint for the gas tank

Product composition:

The special anticorrosive paint for the gas tank is composed of chloro-sulfonated polyethylene rubber as base material, and it is added into resin, anti-rust pigment, filler, additive and organic solvent. Part a and b package, part a is primer, intermediate paint and surface paint; Part b is the curing agent.

Product features:

Has excellent weather aging resistance, excellent resistance to hydrogen sulfide, acid, alkali, salt corrosion resistance, excellent resistance to cold, wet and heat aging resistance, dry and wet alternation, such as performance, good physical and mechanical properties, adhesion, film drying, coating in the bottom, and form a complete set, construction is convenient.

The special anticorrosive paint for the gas tank is specially designed for the protective coating of the gas tank.

Instructions:

Coating method: spraying, brushing, rolling

Coating interval:

Primer: minimum 2 hours, up to 24 days; Intermediate paint: minimum 2 hours and up to 7 days; Finish coat: 2 hours, maximum 1 month

Appearance: primer: red brown; Intermediate coat: cloud iron; Finish: colors

Density: primer: about 1.05; Intermediate paint: about 1.10; Finish coat: about 0.95

Flash: component a 10 ℃; Component b 16 ℃

Diluent: special diluent of X-1 chlorosulfonated polyethylene coating

Drying time: 23 + 2 ℃ : dry table 0.5 hours, 24 hours a day, completely curing 7 days

Ratio: base, medium, and surface: b =10:1 (weight ratio)

Ripening stage: mixing can be used

Shelf life: 23 + 2 ℃ : 12 hours

Theoretical dosage: primer: 200~220 g/m2; Intermediate paint: 250~ 300g/m2; Surface paint: 160~220 g/m2;

Dry film thickness: primer: 25~30 microns; Intermediate paint: 40~45 microns; Finish coat: 20~25 micron;

Packing specifications:

Bucket group: 20kg; Part b: 2kg

Storage method:

Storage: must be stored in accordance with state regulations. The storage environment should be dry, cool, well ventilated, avoid high temperature and stay away from fire source.

The packing container must be sealed.

Storage period: 6 months. After that, it should be checked and used.

Notes:

Safety: the construction site should have good ventilation condition, prevent solvent gas and spray paint mist inhalation.
