This product is designed especially for removing foam during the papermaking process in the paper-making industry. 

It is very important to remove and suppress foam during the papermaking process for producing good quality paper and improving the production stability, otherwise, it may cause paper breaking, level fluctuation of white water and pump frequency fluctuation. 

While Silicon papermaking defoamer has strong ability to remove and suppress foam, which can get rid of the tiny blister between fiber, remove the floating foam of slurry surface and the big foams of water, prevent slurry overflowing from a storage tank. 

Thus, this defoamer can reduce the adverse effect caused by foam during the production of paper, bring better paper uniformity and improve the quality greatly.

Applications of our paper making defoamer: 

(1) Remove surface foam of modified starch from white paper, as well as the adsorbing foam

     on dehydrating fiber.

(2) Remove foam from polyacrylamide retention aid system.

(3) Remove surface foam of AKD emulsion white water system, as well as the adsorbing foam on dehydrating fiber.

(4) Starch gelatinization, and other processes which cannot use organic silicone.

Instruction:

Usage: If can sufficient stirring this defoamer in the foaming system to make it well disperse, please direct add this product to the foaming system, not need to dilute it. 

Recommended dosage: 0.1%~0.3%, but the optimal dosage should be confirmed after the actual testing result by the customer side. 

Warm tips: 

If need to dilute it, please contact us to get the correct dilute solution, do not dilute it with water directly, because it may cause delamination or demulsification situation. 

Packaging:

1. Packing: 25KG, 50KG, 120KG, 200KG/Plastic drum, or as customer required.

2. Storage: Non-dangerous goods, non-toxic, non-flammable. Should be stored sealed, in a

25℃.

3. The shelf life is about 12 months.

4. Transportation: This product must be sealed well during the transportation, preventing from

    moisture, water, strong acid and strong alkali.
