High Performance Starch Antifoam polysiloxane agent

Description: 

Starch defoamer is made by a special process from ether, lipol with a variety of active additives. It is easy to disperse in the water-based system, strong self-emulsifying, good defoaming, lasting foam suppression, has a special effect for water-soluble polymer and medium and low viscosity system. Suitable for styrene-acrylic, ethylene-propylene, pure C, vinyl acetate emulsion, latex-type styrene-butadiene. Good defoaming, good bubble suppression, good leveling, less dosage, no drift oil, no fisheye hole, would not affect the character of product appearance and coating performance.   

Applications: 

Starch processing, synthetic latex, natural latex, natural rubber, synthetic fiber, synthetic resin emulsion, synthetic rubber defoaming degassing, water-based printing glue and coating glue, water-based high viscosity glue with defoamers, etc.

Instruction:

Add 0.1~0.5% of total amount.

Packaging:

1. Packing: 60KG, 120KG, 200KG/Plastic drum, or as customer required.

2. Storage: Non-dangerous goods, non-toxic, non-flammable. Should be stored sealed, in a

    cool, ventilated and dry place. Before used up , the container should be sealed tightly at

    around 25℃.

3. The shelf life is about 12 months.

4. Transportation: This product must be sealed well during the transportation, preventing from

    moisture, water, strong acid and strong alkali.
