N,N-4,4-diphenylmethyene bismaleimide (BMI)appearance is light yellow crystalline powder, soluble in dimethylformamide, dimethylacetamide, dimethyl sulfoxide.Solvent with strong polarity, partly soluble in acetone, dichloroethane, cresol, etc.; able to work with many nucleophiles such as amines.Addition copolymerization of classes, phenols, hydrogen sulfide and thiols, and copolymerization with several compounds at the same time blending modification.

Application:

N,N-4,4-diphenylmethyene bismaleimide(BMI), as an ideal resin matrix for the manufacture of heat-resistant structural materials, H or F grade electrical insulation materials, is widely used in aerospace, power, electronics, computer, communications, automotive, railway, construction and other industrial fields.

1. high temperature resistant impregnating paint (solvent and solvent free), enamelled wire paint, laminate, weft free tape, mica tape, electronic copper clad laminate, molded plastic, epoxy modified F~H grade powder coating, casting, etc;

2. advanced composite matrix resin aerospace, aerospace structural materials, carbon fiber high-temperature structure, high-grade printed circuit boards and other functional materials;

3. reinforced modifiers of engineering plastics such as polypropylene PP、 nylon PA、ABS、APC、PVC、PBT、EPDM、PMMA (such as adding 1% BMI-01, to the reinforced modification of polypropylene glass fiber can double the mechanical strength and Martin heat resistance, and the effect is remarkable), and can also be used in new rubber vulcanizing agents;
