Physical properties: White crystalline powder, with slight hygroscopicity, having slight formic acid odour. It’s soluble in water, lightly soluble in ethanol, don’t soluble in ether. the solution is alkaline.

Usage:

1) Used as leather tanning agent, stabilizer in leather industry.

2) Used in printing and dyeing of textiles as a reducing agent.

3) Used as the raw material in the manufacturers of sodium hydrosulphite, formic acid and oxalic acid.

4) Used in completion fluid in oil field, drilling fluids.

5) Used as anti-frosting agent in concrete and road anti freezer.

6) Used for alkyd resin coating, plasticizer high explosive, acid resistant, aviation lubricating oil and adhesive additives.
