Amitraz solution 12.5% light yellow clear liquid VEYONG

Appearance: this product is light yellow clear liquid.

Pharmacological action:

Amitraz, as a broad-spectrum cermifuge, has good effect on acarid, tick, fly, and louse etc. Its action is mainly contact toxicity, and together with stomach toxicity and intake toxicity. To some extent, its insecticidal action is related with its inhibition on the monoamine oxidase, while the latter is the metabolic enzymes participating the amine neurotransmitters of the nervous system in tick and acarid etc. Amitraz’s effect causes the superexcitation in Blood-sucking arthropod insect, and leads to that the insect could not cling to the surface of animals’ and fall off. This product produces insecticidal effect slowly. It could generally cause the falling off of louse and tick from surface of animals in 24 hours after administration, and acarid in 48 hours. The effect of one dose can last for 6-8 weeks, which protects the animal from the invasion of ectoparasites. Furthermore, it also has good killing effect on Varroa mite and Tropilaelaps clareae.

Indication:

vermifuge, mainly used for acarid, also for ectoparasites, such as tick and louse.

Dosage and administration:

medicated bath, sparge or inunction: prepared to 0.025%~0.05% solution; spray: bees: prepared to 0.0001% solution, 1000ml used to 200 frames of bees.

Cautions:

1. Do not use in lactating period, nectar flow;

2. High toxic to fish, forbidden to use. Do not pollute fish ponds and rivers with medicine liquid;

3. High sensitive to horses, should be used with caution;

4. Due to its irritation to skin, skin and eyes should be protected from medicine liquid while using.

Adverse effect:

1. It is of low toxicity, but sensitive to equus.

2. It is irritating to skin and mucosa.

Withdrawal period:

Cattle, sheep: 21 days.

Pig: 8days.

Milk: 48 hours.
