Acetyl Hexapeptide-8 is mimic of the N-terminal end of the SNAP-25 which competes with SNAP-25 for a position in the SNARE complex, thereby modulating its formation. If the SNARE complex is slightly destabilized, the vesicle can't release neurotransmitters efficiently and therefore muscle contraction is attenuated, preventing the formation of lines and wrinkles.

Storage and Shelf life:

Acetyl hexapeptide-8 is stable for 24 months from date of manufacture at -20ºC to -15ºC in a freezer. Protected from light, keep package airproofed when not in use.
