Adapalin is a retinoic acid compound that has been shown to have anti-inflammatory properties in both in vivo and in vitro models of inflammation. It is chemically stable and does not decompose easily in air and light.  The mechanism of action is the same as retinoic acid, which can bind to specific retinoic acid nuclear receptors. The difference is that adapalin does not bind to cytoplasmic receptors that bind to proteins.  Adapalin has been shown to be effective in treating acne, as well as in acne vulgaris and in the process of differentiation in animal models of mice.  The mechanism of action is to reduce the formation of minor acne by enabling normal differentiation of Chemicalbook hair cells on hair follicles.  In vivo and in vitro standard anti-inflammatory analyses.  Adapalin is more effective than retinoic acid in inhibiting chemotaxis of human multinucleated leukocytes and inhibiting the metabolism of polykaryotic pothole by inhibiting the transformation of arachidonic acid into inflammatory mediators through lipid oxidation, thus alleviating the inflammatory response mediated by cellular reaction.  Suitable for the treatment of acne, papules and pustules as the main performance of the common type of skin acne.  Can also be used to treat acne on the face, chest and back.
