Product description:Guar gum is a plant gum that can be extracted from the fruit of carob tree and guar beans. Carob tree is a perennial shrub that grows mainly on the Mediterranean coast. Guar is an annual legume plant of Chemicalbook. It mainly grows in desert-like areas such as India, Pakistan and Texas. It is suitable for areas with large temperature differences between day and night and plenty of rain. Grow.

Storage Conditions:Aqueous guar gum dispersions have a buffering action and arestable at pH 4.0–10.5. However, prolonged heating reduces theviscosity of dispersions.
The bacteriological stability of guar gum dispersions may beimproved by the addition of a mixture of 0.15% methylparabenand 0.02% propylparaben as a preservative. In food applications,benzoic acid, citric acid, sodium benzoate, or sorbic acid may beused.
