Brief Introduction:

Riboflavin sodium phosphate, the molecular formula is C17H20N4NaO9P, the molecular weight is 478.325631, yellow to orange crystal or crystalline powder. Bitter taste. It is hygroscopic, easily soluble in water, and the pH value of the aqueous solution of different concentrations is different. Insoluble in ethanol, ether and chloroform. Stable when dry, but in solution light causes it to deteriorate rapidly.

Mainly used as a food fortifier, edible yellow pigment, and also used in medicine, as a water-soluble preparation of vitamin B2.
