    Xanthan gum, also known as Hanseum gum, is an extracellular acidic heteropoly sugar produced by Xanthomnas campestris, a kind of Xanthomnas campestris, which uses carbohydrates as main raw materials (such as corn starch) through fermentation engineering. Microbial exopolysaccharides with a wide range of effects. It is a polysaccharide polymer compound composed of D-glucose, D-mannose and D-glucuronic acid according to 2:2:1, with a relative molecular weight of more than 1 million.
