★Overview

Dispersant 5040 high-efficiency dispersant is a polycarboxylate sodium salt type dispersant with good dispersibility and maximum pigment bearing capacity. It has excellent dispersibility to titanium dioxide, calcium carbonate and china clay, and the prepared coating has excellent performance. It is suitable for organic pigments , etc. Highly hydrophobic substances have stronger dispersing power. Application experiments show that Dispersant 5040 has the advantages of less useful amount, high efficiency, low viscosity, low grinding viscosity, wide dosage range, and good storage stability of the dispersion system.

★Advantages

Good water solubility, good compatibility with ethylene glycol and propylene glycol, used in glossy and semi-gloss emulsion paints, can get excellent initial gloss, after aging, it still maintains gloss.

For highly hydrophobic pigments, it can significantly improve its toning performance and reduce the amount of wetting agent.

The molecular structure of the special group makes it have excellent water resistance, high efficiency and low dosage, and improves the water resistance of the paint film.

Under the same conditions, it has long-term dispersing ability, the viscosity of the coating system is quite stable, and the viscosity remains unchanged during the storage period. It has low-foaming properties, and the coating is in a low-foaming state during manufacture and use.

Emulsion paint for interior and exterior walls, fire retardant paints and other PVC systems, especially suitable for the preparation of colors, paper coating system.

★Usage and Dosage

It has a wide dosage range, and the specific dosage should be determined according to the experiment. The recommended dosage is 0.1-1.0%.
