      Purpose

      1. Polymerization of styrene:

      c

      2. Polymerization of acrylate and methacrylate:

It can be used for the polymerization of acrylate or methacrylate at a temperature of 100-175 ℃.

      3. Curing of thermosetting resin:

It can be used for curing unsaturated polyester at high temperature.

It is the preferred curing agent (SMC, BMC, ZMC, etc.) for UP resin hot molding process, with a temperature range of 120-170 ℃, good product resistance, safety and environmental protection.

      4. Ethylene polymerization initiator:

It is the polymerization initiator of LDPE polymerization, and the initiation temperature range is 210-270 ℃.

      Storage and Transportation

Keep the package closed and well ventilated, and the maximum storage temperature is 30 ℃. Avoid mixing with reducing agents such as amines, acids, alkalis, and heavy metal compounds (accelerants and metal soaps). It is strictly prohibited to repack and take them in the warehouse.

    Reactive Group:

    Peroxides, Organic

    Reactivity Alerts:

    Explosive

    Reactivity Profile:

May explode from heat, shock, friction or contamination. May ignite combustibles (wood, paper, oil, clothing, etc.). May be ignited by heat, sparks or flames. Peroxides are good oxidizing agents. Organic compounds can ignite on contact with concentrated peroxides. Strongly reduced material such as sulfides, nitrides, and hydrides may react explosively with peroxides. There are few chemical classes that do not at least produce heat when mixed with peroxides. Many produce explosions or generate gases (toxic and nontoxic). Generally, dilute solutions of peroxides (<70%) are safe, but the presence of a catalyst (often a transition metal such as cobalt, iron, manganese, nickel, or vanadium) as an impurity may even then cause rapid decomposition, a buildup of heat, and even an explosion. Solutions of peroxides often become explosive when evaporated to dryness or near-dryness.
