1. Main Components: The wicking agent is composed of a ternary block copolymer, which combines polyester, polyether, and polysiloxane.

2. Ionic Type: It is categorized as nonionic.

3. Appearance: The agent presents as a canary yellow liquid.

4. pH Value: The pH value ranges from 4 to 6.

5. Content: The concentration of the wicking agent is 10%.

6. Environmental Property: The product is eco-friendly, as it does not contain banned chemicals and complies with the EU OTEX-100 standard.

7. Product Characteristics: The agent offers several advantages, such as soil release, hydrophilicity, moisture wicking, and antistatic properties. It also imparts a soft and lubricated feel to the polyester fiber, reducing fabric scratches, creases, and chicken paw prints. Additionally, it provides a fluffy texture to the treated fabric and enhances color yield and brightness, especially in interlock fabrics.

Application Process:

There are two recommended application methods for the wicking agent:

1. Impregnation Method:

   • Prepare a solution with a concentration of 10%.
   • Apply the agent at a dosage of 1-4% o.w.f (on the weight of the fabric).
   • Perform dyeing in one bath or at room temperature to 50 ℃ for 15-30 minutes.

2. Padding Method:

   • Create a solution by diluting the moisture wicking agent to a concentration of 8-15%, formulated into (10-50) g/L.
   • Use either one dip and one rolling or two dips and two rollings (Rolling rate 65%-75%).
   • Dry the fabric at a temperature of (100-130) °C.
   • Style the fabric at a temperature of (170-190) °C.

Package and Storage:

The wicking agent is packaged in 125 kg plastic drums and should be stored in a cool and dry place. The product has a storage life of 12 months.
