5-acetyluracil is a chemical with CAS number 6214-65-9, molecular formula C6H6N2O3, and molecular weight 154.1234. 5-acetyluracil is a chemical intermediate. In addition, 5-acetyluracil is also used to treat chronic myelogenous leukemia, Hodgkin's disease, polycythemia vera and other diseases. The dosage of 5-acetyluracil was oral, 500mg/ day, divided into 3 times, 3 to 6 weeks for a course of treatment. The maintenance dose ranges from 200mg/ day to 200mg/ week, adjusted according to the number of white blood cells in the blood. Ginsenosides introduced ester groups by acylation, sulfation, PEG modification and amino acid method can effectively reduce the toxicity of ginsenosides to normal cells and improve the activity of anti-cancer and anti-inflammatory drugs. Among them, the introduction of short fatty chain acyl group (such as acetyl group) or acetylsalicylate can effectively improve the anti-cancer activity of ginsenosides (refer to relevant literature)
