Cyclic Phosphonate(CU/CT)

General description and applications

FR- CU is a unique halogen-free cyclic phosphonate structure materials. It is primarily designed for textile industry, namely the textile back coatings and polyester fiber. Other applications include Polyurethane, epoxy and unsaturated resin, and engineering plastics.

FR-CU is a very efficient flame retardant with high phosphorus content over 20%. Changrong Chemical uses the cutting edge manufacturing control system which is able to maintain the acidity of the phosphonate ester below 1mg KOH/g, to meet the clients’ expection. The relatively bigger size of the phosphonate moleculars also significantly reduce the migration and fogging behavior. FR-CU, with excellent flame retardant performance, is compatible with most of the polymer materials.
