It is suitable for the dyeing and dyeing process of polyester woven, warp and weft knitted and spandex-containing fabrics or blended fabrics in the same bath.

1. Has excellent alkali stability, and still has good stability in 200g/L sodium hydroxide aqueous solution.

2. It has excellent alkali-resistant permeability, ensuring the liquid-carrying rate of cotton fabric continuous pre-treatment and improving the refining effect.

3. Refining and infiltrating two in one, so that the cotton fabric has a good refining effect.

1. Continuous de-cooking steaming process:

Degreaser Emulsifier Sylic P1200: 7-12g/L, NaOH: 40-60g/L

Temperature: 98-102 ° C, steaming time: 60-90 min.

2. Cold rolling reactor pretreatment process:

Degreaser Emulsifier Sylic P1200: 7-15g/L, NaOH: 40-70g/L, H2O2 (100%): 10-15g/L

Stack at 35 ° C for 16-24h, then steam, alkali wash, hot wash.

The specific process should be adjusted by the user through the sample as appropriate.
