| What CY-9010 Can Do?

• • 1. 1. After finishing, the fabric has a smooth, plump and soft hand feeling;

          Improve the phenol yellowing resistance of the fabric, without adverse effects on whiteness and shade;

          After compounding, the viscosity is low, it is convenient to use, and has a good cost performance.

| How To Use CY-9010?

1. 1. 1. Padding method:

                 20～50 g/L (10% F3630 dilute solution)

                 One dip and one rolling or two dip and two rolling (remnant rate 70～90%) → drying tentering

         Dipping method:

                 3～8% (o.w.f) (10% F3630 diluent)

                 Bath ratio: 1:8～15 Temperature: 30～40℃

                 Soaking for 20-30min → dehydration → drying and tentering.

| Packaging & Storage

25kg/bag.Store IN Waterproof, anti-extrusion, stacking height should not exceed 8 layers, temperature should not exceed 35℃, and a cool place for one year.

Suggestion: It is best to use up the dissolved emulsion at one time. If it is not used up, it must be kept tightly closed.
