2) What’s D-Chiro-inositol ?
D-chiro-Inositol is an inositol differential isomer found in certain mammalian glycosylphosphatidylinositol protein anchors and inositol phosphoglycans with insulin-like biological activity.
D-chiral inositol (DCI) is one of the nine isomers of inositol with cyclicity. In recent years, it has been found that D-chiral inositol (DCI) not only has the function of promoting hepatic lipid metabolism with inositol, but also has special physiological functions such as insulin sensitisation, lowering of blood glucose, improvement of ovulation in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), regulation of hormonal balance, improvement of menstrual disorders, as well as antioxidant, anti-aging and anti-inflammatory properties.
