Who we are

SKYCHEM GROUP, founded in 1999, provides a wide range of products and technology exports to more than 1,000 customers in more than 60 countries, including dyes, chemical additives, and medical intermediates.There are 55 employees, all of whom have bachelor's degree or above, 13 of whom have doctor's degree or master's degree.

In 2013, the Group established a wholly-owned subsidiary HANGZHOU CHUNGYO CHEMICALS CO., LTD. with a factory located in Fujian Province, fully equipped with commercial production capacity, providing global chemical enterprises with core services from pilot and pilot to scale-up production.

Chungyo has a large-scale production base, can provide customers with customized production services. We strictly abide by ISO standards for product control, and employees are required to receive formal training at the beginning of entering the company's service, and regularly hold training and assessment. To ensure that all products are produced by well-trained staff following the prescribed procedures and procedures.

Each batch of our products is accompanied by a detailed quality inspection list, including: product name, batch number, purity, production date, reinspection period, storage conditions, analysis data and other detailed data. Our guidance document is based on ICH Q7 Good Manufacturing Practice, which also provides formal induction and regular training for the company's relevant employees.

Production base

The factory has 50 liters to 3,000 liters of reactor, equipment to meet various production conditions; The total volume of the reactor is 82m3;At present, the two workshops have been put into operation, and the total number of reaction kettle enamel kettle and stainless steel kettle is 65.

The factory has set up physical and chemical laboratory, chromatography laboratory, sampling room/sample retention room/stability laboratory/reagent room and other areas, as well as reserved microbiology laboratory, fully meet the requirements of raw materials and finished products of the indicators of testing.

R&D Service

Second phase technical reform plan:

 In November 2021, it has been started, mainly in the first and second workshops, and the investment of this technical transformation is about 60 million yuan. The second phase

The technical transformation construction drawing design has been completed in 2022, and the safety and environmental assessment work will be completed soon.

The first and second workshops are equipped with glass lined reactors of 3000L, 4000L, 5000L, 6300L and 10000L,41 sets in total, can do chlorination, nitrification and other high-risk processes, equipped with 500L, 2000L ultra-low temperature reactor 2 sets, equipped with 500L,1000L high temperature kettle 2 sets, can meet the needs of high temperature and ultra-low temperature special reaction.

The second phase of the technical reform will be in one workshop area, about 500 square meters of GMP workshop and its pre-treatment area will be set up separately, with 3 lines

Independent production line, reactor specifications of 300L, 500L, a total of 6, can meet the production of 15 to 20 tons of raw materials.

In the second phase of technical reform, three hydrogenation reactors of 500L, 1000L and 2000L will be added to the hydrogenation area of the fourth workshop.Adjust the drying area of the third workshop and add 4 sets of 2000L~3000L glass lined kettle.
