Description：An antihistamine with antimuscarinic and moderately sedative effects that can be used to relieve symptoms of allergic diseases such as rhinitis and urticaria.Chloramphenicl fumarat is a potent, long-lasting, fast acting, highly selective histamine H1 receptor antagonist that simultaneously blocks H1 receptors and antagonizes cytotoxicity. It is mainly used clinically for allergic skin diseases, allergic rhinitis, and other allergic diseases. Chloramine can be quickly and almost completely absorbed by the body, reaching a peak in blood concentration within 2-4 hours, and has the strongest antihistamine effect within 5-7 hours.
