Description： Milrinone is a member of the bipyridine class of inhibitors, platelet aggregation inhibitors, vasodilators, and cardiotonic agents, and is now also commonly used (especially intravenously in the form of lactate) for the short-term treatment of severe heart failure.Milinone, also known as dipyridone, methylpyrrolidone, or milrinone, is a drug used to treat heart failure. It is a homolog of amdaron and can dilate small arteries and veins, with positive inotropic and vasodilatory effects. Milinone is a non digitalis and non catecholamine cardiac stimulant, and is a representative drug of phosphodiesterase inhibitors.
