Use for :

1. Mid-gestation induced abortion (16 ~ 20 weeks), also applicable to expired abortion, fetal death in utero or more obvious fetal congenital malformations induced labor.

2. Intravenous infusion of low-concentration liquid medicine can be used to induce labor during full-term pregnancy;

3. Intravenous injection can be used as a vasodilator for angiography.

Prostaglandin F2α (PGF2α in the name of prostaglandin), pharmacologically known as denoprost (INN), is used in medicine as a natural prostaglandin for labor induction and abortion.In mammals, it is produced when the uterus is stimulated, and because no fertilized eggs are present during the follicular phase, the uterus produces PGF2A.It acts on the corpus luteum and causes the degeneration of the corpus luteum, forming the fibrotic white body of the ovary.The activation of PGF2α is based on the number of luteal mode receptor 0.The PGF2α subtype 8-isoprostaglandin F2α was found to be significantly increased in patients with endometriosis and is therefore a potential factor for oxidative stress associated with endometriosis.
