Product Description:
L-Carnosine is a small molecule dipeptide composed of two amino acids β-alanine and L-histidine. It is widely found in skeletal muscle, heart, brain and other nerve tissues in the body. A natural antioxidant. Potential antioxidant and anti-glycosylation activity. 

Applications:
1. L-Carnosine is not only non-toxic, but also has strong antioxidant properties, so it has attracted widespread attention as a new type of food additive and pharmaceutical reagent. L-Carnosine participates in the peroxidation reaction in the cell. In addition to inhibiting the peroxidation process of the cell membrane, it can also inhibit the related peroxidation reaction in the cell.
