The inhibitory effect of Udenafil on PDE5 is about 150 times stronger than that of PDE1. At the therapeutic dose of Udenafil (the effective dose to inhibit PDE5), the Chemicalbook ability to inhibit PDE11 is very low. The IC50 values of Udenafil for PDE2, PDE3 and PDE6 were 101±15.1nM,52.0±3.53nM,and53.3±2.47nM, respectively.
