Composition: polyacrylic acid copolymerization emulsion

Appearance: bluish emulsion, no precipitation and delamination, etc.

pH value: 2.5-4.0

Effective content: 28-30%.

Material viscosity (25℃): ≤50 centipoise;

Water dispersibility: easily dispersed in water.

Application characteristics:

◆ High thickening efficiency, good viscosity stability, anti-splitting;

◆ Good water retention, in the emulsion paint to water or add color paste, the viscosity drop is

small;

◆ Good color mixing, anti-floating color blossom effect is remarkable;

◆ It can effectively improve the low-shear (Brookfield) viscosity, so that the coating system has a

high degree of pseudoplasticity;

◆ Fast neutralization rate, easy to use, stable viscosity in a wide range of PH value;

◆ Good compatibility, will not flocculate with other components.

Suggested dosage (in total): 0.3-2.0%;

Dilute the product with water or add it directly, stir it appropriately, add it slowly into the system to

be thickened, and adjust the pH value of the system to 8-10 until it reaches the required viscosity;

it is recommended to check the pH value of the thickened system after adding the product, and

adjust it if necessary; it should not be in contact with cationic, polyvalent metal ions and other

destabilizing substances when it is stored and used.

Packing: 25, 200kg∕drum: the solvent is water, non-flammable, non-explosive products; should be

closed after use to prevent the intrusion of debris or crusting;

Placed in the temperature of 5-35 ℃ environment, avoid exposure to sunlight and freezing;

effective storage period of more than 12 months
