This product is a reductive bleaching agent permitted in China. It has bleaching effect on food and strong inhibition on the oxidase in plant food and stronger reducibility. China stipulates that it can be used for preserves, cookies, candy, glucose, rock sugar, bamboo shoots, mushrooms and canned mushrooms, etc., with a maximum usage of 0.45g/kg; It can also be used in Chemicalbook beer with a maximum usage of 0.01g/kg.
